ABOUT

As a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer with 15 years of ballet experience, I specialize in helping dancers and other athletes fuel and strengthen their bodies for performance, recovery, energy, and long-term health. 

 A former pre-professional dancer turned avid obstacle course athlete, I've competed in numerous OCRs including multiple HYROX, Spartan (Trifecta medalist and first place in her age category), Savage Race, and Tough Mudder. I've provided nutrition coaching to athletes competing in the International Spartan Games and American Ninja Warriors as well as dancers.  My mission is to prevent under-fueling and eating disorders in dancers and athletes while creating good functional movement patterns and strong mind to muscle connections through education, strength training, and realistic nutrition tools.

I am passionate about supporting the next generation of dancers and athletes, and committed to communicating science-backed information to clients seeking to sift through influencers and fads in order to learn healthy eating and training habits for life.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Prior to beginning college, I completed my training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and am a certified personal trainer as well as certified nutrition coach and nutritionist.
  • In addition to my deep appreciation for nutrition, dance medicine and athletic training, I have spent two years on an obstacle course racing team, finishing multiple courses such as Spartan Race (Spartan Trifecta in one weekend), Savage Race (multiple races and 1st in my age group for time), and Tough Mudder.
  • ​I work for a physical therapy clinic where I work one-on-one with patients while learning from the PT, as well as spending weekends volunteering at events such as Broadway shows and sports events as a PT aide.
  • With extensive time spent as a pre-professional ballet dancer, multiple years of volleyball and horseback riding, and a love of the outdoors, I am passionate about helping people stay healthy in their athletic pursuits.

WORK AND VOLUNTEER  EXPERIENCE

Athletic Advantage Physical Therapy assistant 2024-current

Duties include: working with patients on exercises, assisting with modalities such as cupping, cleaning up the clinic, and being on hand to assist the physical therapist. 

Bodies In:Motion workshop assistant trainer 2023-current

Duties include: paid position assisting the owner in group workshops, acting as a demonstrator, correcting participants, and assisting with social media

Chick Fil-A Team leader and trainer 2021-current

Duties Include: working point of sale, front of house, drive-thru, and more. Actively training new team members regularly.
